Pushkar Camel Fair

Every year in November, camel herdsmen converge on sand dunes outside the town of Pushkar in Rajasthan, India with their livestock.

These images document the unique people behind the event - the herdsmen who have often walked for ten days or more across the desert to reach Pushkar Camel Fair and trade their animals.
